Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Your complete satisfaction is Nandi's Naturals' goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase or your products are damaged during shipment (melting of product is not covered under this policy), please contact our customer service within five business days of receipt of order at 404-431-3459, Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (EST), e-mail us or open a support ticket. Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges; however, we may offer to replace the item or refund your purchase price, excluding shipping, on an item you ordered but did not receive or items damaged during shipment (U.S.-based shipments only). You may keep any items which you receive in error. If we replace your product due to an error on our part, shipping is on us!

Returns, refunds and exchanges are not available for items damaged or rendered useless through an error on the customer's part. Please read the "USE" instructions found on all our products prior to first application. For further questions or clarification regarding use of our products, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Payments

Nandi's Naturals accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card payments through USAepay. USAepay uses secure, encrypted servers to process transactions. All purchases at Nandi's Naturals will display our company name on credit card and transaction statements.

Shipping and Delivery

Nandi's Naturals products are handmade with love in small batches to help maintain freshness and effectiveness of the natural product. Purchases normally ship within 4-5 business days from receipt of payment. If for some reason we find there will be a longer delay in shipping due to product or ingredient non-availability, we will notify you as soon as possible. If you have ordered more than one item, we will ship the available items to you immediately. Other items will be shipped as soon as they become available at no additional charge to you.

We ship to all U.S. territories, possessions and APOs such as Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and U.S. military installations. Flat-rate shipping of $6.95 is available for all U.S.-based shipping. Orders of $50 or more are automatically eligible for free shipping, unless Summer Shipping is chosen at checkout. For orders in excess of $50, we highly recommend that you purchase insurance at checkout, as Priority Mail only insures packages up to $50. 

Nandi's Naturals uses the United States Postal Service for all orders, unless an alternate shipping method is requested by you. Alternate shipping charges incurred will be your responsibility. You will have an opportunity to review the shipping method and its associated cost prior to acceptance and shipment. You must approve the cost of the alternate method prior to shipment. Nandi's Naturals sometimes ships in reused boxes and uses recycled or reusable materials. This helps us to cut costs, while doing our part to lessen the unnecessary felling of trees and impact of other industrial processes.

International Shipping

Nandi's Naturals ships internationally to the following countries and regions at this time: South and West Africa, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Canada. International purchases are not eligible for free shipping offers. At checkout, you will be able to choose the shipping option for your particular destination. Packages are sent International Economy. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Once a package leaves the U.S., we can not guarantee its arrival or acceptance in the receiving country. International shipping does not include any taxes, duties or fees that might be charged by your country's government. Such taxes and fees are at the expense of the customer. You may request that your package be sent International Priority with Delivery Confirmation and/or Insurance. This alternate method of shipping will be at customer expense. You must approve and pay the cost of the alternate method prior to shipment.

International Shipping Costs

  • Canada/Mexico: $17.00*
  • All Others: $25.00*

*Due to the expensive nature of shipping internationally, shipping costs for large international shipments that exceed the basic shipping rate noted above by $5.00 will be passed on to the customer. You will receive an e-mail notification prior to shipment to approve the additional shipping cost. You must approve and pay any additional costs prior to shipment.

Summer and Hot Weather Shipping

Certain products such as our whipped body butters, body bars, facial and hair care butters are subject to melt in hot weather. We do not offer replacements or refunds for melted products. Please keep this in mind when ordering these items during summer months or if you live in a hot climate. At checkout, you will see an option for Summer Shipping. This shipping is at an additional cost and includes frozen ice packs, which may help delay softening or melting of product. Summer shipping is not available for international shipments. We do our best to pack items well, but this does not guarantee against melting. We suggest having packages delivered to either post office boxes or other locations where someone will be there to receive them. Packages left on doorsteps, porches and in mailboxes may not be able to withstand the heat, since most of our products are made to melt easily when applied to the body. Should your product melt in-transit, the quality will not be affected. Texture, however, will be different, especially if the item is a whipped product. To bring back to a solid state, place the product in the refrigerator for about five minutes. If this is a whipped product, stir before placing in the fridge.

Order Placement and Summaries

You may place orders online 24 hours a day using our secure payment server. If you have any questions about placing an order or about any of our products, feel free to contact us Monday through Friday, between 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., and we'll be happy to assist you.

Upon placing an order, you should receive a confirmation e-mail outlining all the particulars of your order. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, first try checking your spam or junk folder. We also suggest you add us to your address book so that future Nandi's Naturals correspondence goes directly to your inbox. You may also contact us for order verification or to request a duplicate of your order confirmation.

Product Application and Usage

Nandi's Naturals lists all ingredients all the time on Nandi's Naturals products as well as the Nandi's Naturals website. Purchase of products from the Nandi's Naturals website constitutes acceptance of the Nandi's Naturals damage waiver. It is the responsibility of the customer to use the product only as directed and for its intended purpose. Nandi's Naturals shall not be held liable for damages due to product misuse or mishandling.

As with all products, some people may experience allergic or sensitivity reactions to certain ingredients. Nandi's Naturals clearly discloses all ingredients on its products and Web site. Nandi's Naturals shall not be held liable for allergic or sensitivity reactions. Placing an order at Nandi's Naturals constitutes acceptance of these stipulations.

Nandi's Naturals strongly recommends that purchasers abide by all cautions and warnings contained on product labeling. Because these are natural products, it is recommended that they be kept from extreme heat or direct sunlight so as not to shorten product life. Products past their expiration date should not be used and should be properly disposed of. To prevent contamination of products, customers should always wash hands before use and only apply to clean skin.
